The organizational learning practice is one of the ways to bring the desired company culture to life. The organizations where, so-called, learning culture is developed has more attractive employer brand, is more innovative and more flexible in cases of crises or, new business directions. The goal of the study is to explore learning practices in organizations in Latvia by conducting online survey of 104 representatives of various organizations about the learning practice in their organizations and by interviewing 25 managers about the factors that impact implementing learning culture. The results of this study indicate that in Latvia a small part of organizations have developed learning culture as actual learning practice is not linked with business strategy, most of training specialists cannot tell how training affects the achievement of business goals and learning results are not systematically measured to ensure learning continuity.
