Reduction of Low and High Frequency Noise in Machines Hydrostatic Systems
摘要
This article presents some of the causes of pressure pulsation and its frequency spectrum. The concept and design principles of a broadband pressure pulsation damper effective in reducing the pressure fluctuation amplitudes in the low-frequency range (<100 Hz) as well as in the higher-frequency range (>250 Hz) are presented as possible applications for pressure pulsation and noise reduction in machines. Experimental tests of the proposed damper solution were conducted on an actual object (the hydraulic system of a wheel loader) to evaluate its efficacy in noise reduction. By reducing the pressure pulsation amplitudes, which are a primary cause of the noise emitted by the drive system, significant noise reduction was achieved.
