Berhtgyth was an eighth-century nun who was part of the early medieval English mission to Germany. She wrote three letters in Latin to her brother, Balthard, which were preserved as part of the letter collection known as the Boniface correspondence, after the martyred Archbishop Boniface. Two of her letters end with poems wishing her brother health and happiness.
