In the modern world, especially in Ukraine, the issues of safety and efficiency of transportation are of great importance. This is due not only to economic and social factors, but also to military actions on the territory of Ukraine, which significantly affect logistics processes and increase the risks of transport security. The hostilities led to the destruction of the infrastructure, complicated the functioning of transport corridors and created additional threats for passengers and cargo. Integrated transport systems that combine different types of transport and optimize logistics processes require modern approaches to route planning taking into account the level of risk. Therefore, the assessment of risks during the transportation process in the conditions of a military conflict is extremely important, which allows you to ensure the safety of transportation, reduce the probability of losses and delays, as well as adapt logistics strategies to new challenges and increase the overall efficiency of transport operations in conditions of instability. Transport safety assessment and risk management in transport systems are becoming the main aspects to ensure the stable operation of both urban and inter-city transport networks. Reliability and safe operation of transport infrastructure is of critical importance for economic growth, social stability and maintaining high standards of living of the population. Conducting a proper risk assessment during the transportation process will not only contribute to the safety of transportation, but also the stability of logistics chains in difficult conditions, which will reduce financial losses and increase the overall efficiency of integrated transportation systems.
