The purpose of this study is to identify the components of information support for the program of post-war restoration of transport infrastructure facilities on the basis of public-private partnership. The objectives of the study are: 1) to determine the levels of decision-making on the post-war restoration of transport infrastructure; 2) to identify ways to eliminate the shortage of transport infrastructure services, including through public-private partnerships; 3) to justify the availability of transport services as a priority target effect in the selection of transport infrastructure restoration projects; 4) to determine the range of stakeholders that can be involved in the implementation of transport infrastructure projects; 5) to characterise the risks of participants in transport infrastructure rehabilitation projects; 6) to present the components of the organisational and economic mechanism for the rehabilitation of transport infrastructure. The study used such methods as monographic (study of foreign and domestic experience in decision-making on the restoration of transport infrastructure); classification (levels of decision-making on the restoration of transport infrastructure, ways to eliminate the shortage of transport infrastructure services), logic, description and generalization (justification of the target effect of restoring transport infrastructure, conditions for the attractiveness of transport infrastructure restoration projects for private business).
