摘要

The article considers the prerequisites for forming a new national system for preventing occupational risks by introducing a risk-oriented approach to the organisation of safety and health of employees at the legislative level, which is an essential prerequisite for Ukraine’s accession to the EU. Many industrial and non-industrial accidents, including accidents caused by martial law, occurred in the transport sector, including critical transport infrastructure. It also applies to institutions that provide goods and passenger transportation and other companies and organisations in the industry that keep motor vehicles on their balance sheets and use them for the internal needs of the company or organisation. Technical means that their drivers (train drivers, train crews, etc., on the railway) and ordinary citizens (passengers) are exposed to specific wartime dangers during hostilities. In martial law, the measures proposed in this article should be taken to reduce the risks of damage or industrial accidents to transport infrastructure companies and minimise the negative consequences of their implementation. Taking into account that transport companies are classified as critical infrastructure facilities that operate in a crisis under martial law, they are primarily assigned the central evacuation role, and in the case of railway transport companies, they are also assigned the relocation role.
