This article explores the significant impact of cognitive biases on decision-making processes within the transport sector especially under the intense and unpredictable conditions of wartime. Cognitive biases such as recency bias, groupthink, and the framing effect significantly affect managerial choices in areas like strategic planning, risk management, and the adoption of new technologies. The paper reviews the latest research on cognitive biases and highlights their role in undermining rational decision-making in uncertain environments. By analyzing real-world data and case studies, the article demonstrates how biases can lead to inefficiencies in resource allocation, hinder technological innovation, and exacerbate risks in logistics management. Furthermore, the article outlines strategies to mitigate these biases, such as fostering diverse decision-making teams, using data-driven approaches, and promoting bias-awareness training among managers. Addressing these issues is critical for improving the resilience and adaptability of the transport sector, especially in crisis contexts such as the ongoing war in Ukraine.

摘要
