The aviation industry’s current tendency necessitate an incorporation or a switch to a promising and sustainable method of conducting business. One of the most promising and significant aspects of air travel in the current environment is management-focused operations, which help to guarantee the stability and security of the function of its running premises. It was determined to use the model to help the management of the aviation industry implement environmental issues in a way that promotes sustainable growth and development, namely the critical path method. Data that matched an airport with a capacity of more than 3 million passengers was used as a foundation. This led to the estimation of potential shortest routes for the ecological management system’s deployment. With the analysis of the scheme received, it becomes convenient to determine the shortest possible method of the project performance. In the conducted research there was confirmed the feasibility of incorporating ecological initiatives and aspects into aircraft operations in a prudent and efficient manner.
