In the context of globalization and growing security challenges in logistics, control over the transportation of dangerous goods becomes critical for the environmental and economic security of states. This study focuses on a comparative analysis of electronic systems for monitoring the transportation of dangerous goods in Poland and Romania. The purpose of the study is to develop recommendations regarding the potential implementation of electronic monitoring systems in Ukraine to increase fiscal discipline and transportation safety. The study takes into account the impact of military operations on the safety of transportation and the condition of the transportation infrastructure. The research methodology is based on the use of methods of analysis, synthesis, and the abstract-logical method, which are used in determining the conditions for the implementation and functioning of freight transportation control systems. The study carried out a comparative analysis of existing systems and assessed the prospects of their adaptation in Ukraine. Particular attention is paid to determining the effectiveness of these systems in combating illegal transportation and minimizing fiscal losses. Based on the analysis, recommendations were developed for the implementation of electronic monitoring systems in Ukraine, taking into account national specifics and current challenges. Further areas of research are related to the development of an optimal model of control over the transportation of dangerous goods in Ukraine.

摘要
