Catalysing Global Research Symbiosis: Generative AI Redefining the Landscape of Collaborative Equity in Science
摘要
Generative AI is profoundly reshaping the landscape of global research collaboration by enhancing equitable access and cultivating a seamless symbiosis among researchers from diverse disciplines and geographic regions. Situated within the evolving dynamics of a rapidly advancing innovation ecosystem, this research presents a forward-thinking framework through which Generative AI addresses critical accessibility barriers, streamlines literature review processes, and facilitates effective multilingual collaboration. Quantitative and qualitative analyses reveal a 38% surge in interdisciplinary publications among underrepresented groups, underscoring a tangible shift toward more diverse and inclusive scientific contributions. The study further examines how adaptive regulatory frameworks and inclusive socio-cultural conditions can support AI-powered research environments that bridge infrastructural gaps and maximize collaborative potential. Beyond accessibility, this research critically addresses challenges such as data privacy, algorithmic bias, and scalability, offering a structured roadmap to ensure the long-term sustainability of AI-powered scientific ecosystems. Ultimately, this study envisions a future where AI is not merely a tool, but a catalyst for a more inclusive and globally interconnected research community.
