This research introduces a conceptual framework to Open Government Framework model for local Goernment in Indoensia. The motivation for this research is to empirically verify the Open Government Framework according to the facts observed, analyzed, and presented in the form of information that aligns with those facts. This study aims to examine the effect of various factors on the Open Government Framework. A quantitative research approach is utilized, employing Convenience Sampling, where the sample is selected based on information about elements that qualify, resulting in a sample of 228 respondents. This framework highlights the significance of transparency, accountability, empowerment, and collaboration in e-government. The results of this research are expected to formulate a Comprehensive Assessment Model to optimize the Open Government Framework and the performance of local governments in Indonesia.
