With the increase in natural disasters due to climate change, the resilience of production companies and supply chains has moved into focus. This paper proposes AKRIMA, an automated adaptive system for crisis monitoring and management, to support companies in identifying potential issues while offering relevant reaction mechanisms during crisis scenarios. Thus, the aim is to strengthen resilience and secure supply chains. To achieve this, a focus is set on pandemics and heavy rain (flooding) scenarios. This covers contexts that heavily influence companies and relevant supply chains, although the approach can be applied to further scenarios as well. Being able to identify arising issues, adapt processes, and determining alternative courses of action in a timely manner, as well as being able to overcome these issues in the long term does not only help secure economic functions, but also allows for a resilient distribution of important goods such as basic needs and medical products. As a result, a demonstrator is set up to visualize processes and simulate scenarios and situations in combination with a detailed process analysis, allowing interested users an initial interaction with the system itself and displaying methods that AKRIMA can support.
