Offering final reflections on the nature of siegetime visual arts, this last chapter discusses the ways in which the study of the visual arts scene active during siege of Sarajevo can open new understandings of everyday life in war. Re-emerging from their context of creation in a new memorial landscape, a brief consideration of the role of memorialization played by the artworks produced during this period is given.
