Digital Twins and BIM Technologies for the High-Rise Building’s Restoration
摘要
The peculiarities of the numerical modeling use for determining the buildings stress-strain state in the combat operations impact zones are considered. In this context, questions arise as to assessing the building current age considering partial destructions and (or) dynamic effects, as well as the building residual resource and economic losses incurred because of its being in the war zone for a certain period (even under the condition of external integrity). Therefore, the paper is purposed to develop a digital methodology (Digital Twins and BIM) for the quantitative comprehensive assessment of the resources decline in the buildings dynamically affected due to hostilities and of their restoration possibility. The method was used to restore a multi-storey building at 6-A Lobanovskyi Avenue, Kyiv, after a rocket hit it. The building life resource decline compared to its undamaged state was assessed as 25–35 years. The corresponding economic loss was assessed as 25–35% of the original value of the building without taking into account the useful value of the apartments.
