We considered a black and white (B/W) annular aperture for the 2nd objective in the confocal microscope. For practical reasons, the coherent point detector in confocal imaging systems is replaced by a detector of finite size. We computed the spatial coherence factor for the B/W annulus using MATLAB code.

摘要
