摘要
1. In general history, the relationship between Criminal Law and economy presented the phases of mere casuistry of treatment, which lasted from Antiquity to the Modern Age; of protection to the liberal economic model, which had in the Sherman Act its consecration; of assurance of the policy of the Welfare State; and of reduction of the role of the State in the economy, to the function of regulatory agent, having in the Sarbanes-Oxley Act its peak.
