The next step of this scientific-legal investigation, to be developed in this chapter, is the confrontation of the criminal protection of the economic order with the theoretical construction of cumulative crimes, or accumulation crimes, especially sensitive to current concerns with the preservation of the environment and the climate future. In this way, the notions of cumulative criminality, the emergence of the concept of cumulativity, the apprehension of such crimes as danger or result crimes, as well as their assimilation in the face of criminal harm, will allow concluding by the capacity or incapacity justifying the economic criminal protection according to this specific thought.
