The focus of the present investigation is questioning the legitimacy of the legal-criminal branch in an attempt to control the economic order. This analysis will be delimited by the confrontation of the legal finding of economic criminal protection, identified as revealing the phenomenon of the administrativization of Criminal Law, in tension with its harmful character and, also, the theory of cumulative delinquency.
