This chapter aims to briefly demonstrate the changes that civil law has experienced due to the recent trends in constitutionalism and in legal interpretation. It concludes, after going through these trends, that in civil law systems, the concepts of law and jurisdiction have undergone profound transformation.

摘要

This chapter aims to briefly demonstrate the changes that civil law has experienced due to the recent trends in constitutionalism and in legal interpretation.
