The solution of the problem of optimization of layout solutions in the placement of components (by the example of firewalls) of integrated information protection system (IIPS) circuits is considered. The use of genetic algorithm is proposed to solve the problem. Genetic algorithm (hereinafter GA) as a method of solving the problem of finding the optimal layout has been repeatedly described, but the description of the practical application of the GA in the task of building a multi-loop IIPS has not yet been properly reflected in the scientific literature. In our opinion, the genetic algorithm can be a very effective tool for solving the problem of optimizing the layout solutions of multi-loop IIPS construction. GA is based on the principles of natural selection and genetics, which allows it to find optimal or near-optimal solutions in complex search spaces. In particular, GA can help determine the optimal placement of equipment (servers, routers, firewalls, etc.) to ensure the best information protection, as well as optimize the strategy of redundancy and duplication of equipment to ensure system reliability and fault tolerance.

摘要
