The Effect of Bulgarian Bag Exercises to Develop Explosive Force, Characterized by Speed and Accuracy of the Spiking Performance of Volleyball Players
摘要
The purpose of this study is to determine how Bulgarian bag exercises affect the velocity and the precision of spiking in volleyball players. This project comes to fill the existing gap in training bedding that provides the new training toolkit efficiency. The pretest–posttest experimental design uses 12 football players for Al-Sinaa Sports Club. For some time, participants were taken through a progressive program that included Bulgarian bag exercises. The results indicated significant improvements in explosive arm force (t-value = 4.28, p < 0.001), leg force (t-value = 3.87, p < 0.001), and spiking accuracy (t-value = 3.87, p < 0.001). The study had major findings, some of which were practical while others were just indicated. Some of the practical study findings as listed in the study case included that Bulgarian bags exercise have a positive effect on improving physical qualities and the skillful performance of the volleyball players. I believe that this study could help many coaches in that these exercises should be embraced with their training programs. This is an implication of the study in that there should be more research on it to help in identifying long-term implications and implementation in other sports.
