Findings indicate that ICT-driven solutions such as wearable devices and IoT enhance real-time health monitoring, while big data facilitates predictive analytics for personalized care and early intervention. Recommendations include expanding digital literacy initiatives, building integrated data platforms, and fostering public–private partnerships to enhance efficiency and accessibility. These innovations are essential for addressing the challenges of aging populations and establishing a sustainable care framework for the future.
