In a globalized world, the ability to succeed in IT projects is directly linked to the survival of a company. Similar to projects in various other industries, the need for research on IT projects has emerged as conflict management among project participants has been emphasized as an important factor to improve performance. Therefore, this study identifies conflict factors that occur in the process of IT projects and verifies the effects of task conflict and relationship conflict on IT project performance through empirical analysis. Among the conflict factors, miscommunication, limited resources, and goal misalignment were found to have a positive effect on task conflict, while miscommunication and limited resources had a positive effect on relationship conflict. Of the two forms of conflict, only relationship conflict was found to have a significant effect on IT project performance. This study aims to provide practical implications for improving the competitiveness of organizations by identifying the impact of conflict on the performance of IT projects.

摘要
