Perianal Crohn’s Disease
摘要
Crohn’s disease is an idiopathic chronic inflammatory condition that can affect any part of the gastrointestinal tract, from the oral cavity to the anus. Crohn’s disease can affect both adults and children. Patients with Crohn’s disease commonly present with recurrent attacks of abdominal pain and diarrhea. This can be complicated by development of perianal fistula, perianal abscess, anal fissures or intestinal obstruction. This chapter discusses the clinical features, diagnosis, perianal complications and treatment of Crohn’s disease.
