Anal Fissure
摘要
Anal fissure is one of the most common anorectal conditions in children. Most commonly it is associated with constipation and develops secondary to trauma to the anoderm as a result of the passage of a hard stool. Anal fissures are classified into acuter and chronic. Most anal fissures are single, longitudinal and occur at the posterior midline. This chapter discuss the etiology, clinical features and treatment of anal fissure.
