This is a narrative review of the processes that have evolved in teaching about migraine and other headache disorders around the world over the past few decades. Combined efforts of many national and regional headache societies set the groundwork locally. Moreover, the creation and evolution of the International Headache Society ( https://ihs-headache.org/en/ ) and its educational initiatives have moved the field forward around the world over time. Now, neurologists and other healthcare professionals caring for people with migraine can be taught at the highest levels worldwide. The banquet of learning activities continues to grow in an exponential manner for the betterment of the field of headache medicine.
