What all these personas demonstrate is that older adults encounter many challenges interfacing with a health care delivery systemHealth care delivery system that is poorly designed to address the unmet needs of older adults.  In addition, we emphasize that current health care delivery systems are not well coordinated or integrated which makes it particularly challenging for AgeTech to be effectively mobilized to help address the challenges of older persons. In response to these limitations, we have identified a multitude of approaches and opportunities where health reforms coupled with AgeTech and digital interoperability can make a difference in the lives of older persons
