Feasibility of Recycling Waste Lime Soil in Road Subgrade
摘要
The cementitious internal structure of waste lime soils has been destroyed after subjecting to years of traffic loadings and their recycling often requires secondary technical treatment. This study summarized the advantages and disadvantages of traditional treatment technologies, including lime and new agent stabilization. The feasibility of recycling waste lime soils reused in road subgrades was evaluated. Their restriction issues in engineering practices were discussed. The challenges of new low-carbon agent stabilization for recycling waste lime soils in road subgrade were analyzed. The outcomes of this study could be helpful technical support for recycling wasted lime soils.
