Preparation of Bar-Shaped Catalysts from Alumina Sol and Study on Their Denitration Performance
摘要
Rare earth minerals have denitration activity, which can be used as the active component of catalyst. Various minerals in rare earth tailings, various minerals are embedded and wrapped with each other, which can play the role of combined denitration. In this article, the strip catalyst of nanoalumina and pseudobohemite were prepared as binders to explore the effect of the amount of binder on the performance of the strip catalyst. With the help of XRD, NH3-TPD and H2-TPR to analyze the performance of the molding catalyst. The denitrification efficiency of rare earth tailings is only 8.1% within the limits of 100 to 500 ℃; the denitrification performance of the strip catalyst formulated with 15% nano aluminum gel exhibits an efficiency of 60.3%, while maintaining a longitudinal compressive strength of 1.14 Mpa. the catalyst surface is rich with nano alumina as binder, with Brønsted acidic site as the main adsorption site, and the stability and adsorption capacity of NH3 species are improved. Upon the addition of aluminum sol, the denitration performance of the rare earth tailings underwent a significant enhancement, achieving a 52.2% increase.
