Through the identification of alumina hazard sources and the investigation and analysis of hazards, this paper draws relevant conclusions; At the same time, through the investigation and analysis of alumina production process, equipment and raw materials, combined with the accident situation of alumina production enterprises, the environmental influencing factors and hazards of alumina production are put forward. Finally, driven by sustainable development, this paper puts forward a disposal scheme for recycling of red mud produced in the process of alumina production is proposed, And put forward new control measures for possible risks in the production process, It provides reference for alumina enterprises to achieve sustainable development, eliminate hidden dangers and achieve safe production.
