In this study, for Cr(VI)-contaminated soil, chemical leaching remediation technology was used to investigate the removal effect of different concentrations of EDTA-2Na solution as a leaching agent on the removal of Cr(VI) from the contaminated medium sand and the removal effect of EDTA-2Na solution on Cr(VI) under different pH conditions. The results showed that the adsorption efficacy and removal efficiency of Cr(VI) were optimal when the concentration of the EDTA-2Na solution was 0.05 mol/L; Under the pH level of 4.17, the removal efficiency of Cr(VI) was superior to that of both pH 1.30 and 7.00.
