Previous chapter explained the justification for conducting qualitative research and described the data collection methods involved, followed by a description of the qualitative data analysis process, which covers the selection of the participants and the interviews that were conducted. This chapter first presents the findings of the qualitative research in which the data was analyzed manually. Data collected from the interviews were subjected to thematic analysis and each of the research findings was interpreted into relevant theories and concepts, followed by discussion of the qualitative findings. The findings contribute to the conceptual research framework that will be tested quantitatively in the following phase of study.
