This paper investigates the impact of different leadership styles on the integration and commitment to a changing plan. The literature review has revealed that leadership styles and the variable of strategic leadership can directly affect the integration and commitment to the organizational change plan. Hence, the authors conducted quantitative research via an electronic questionnaire on a sample of employees who worked in Greek hotels. Two hundred and seventy-six (276) employees participated in the research sample. Most of the sample consisted of female Greek employees between 31 and 40 years old with a college degree and 5–10 years of work experience. The measurement tools used were the following: the Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire (MLQ-5x) by Avolio and Bass, Miller’s measurement tool, Fedor et al.’s tool, and Davies and Davies instrument scale. The research indicated that leadership styles could be essential for the successful outcome of a changing plan regarding the hotel industry. Hotel employees’ commitment to the change can be a vital asset for successfully implementing the change.
