The dynamic business ecosystem demands innovation as critical to maintaining a holding position in the market. This study investigates the role of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belongingness (DEIB) as an influencing factor in association with digital transformation (DT) and business innovation (BI). DEIB facilitates the transition from digital transformation to innovation by enhancing HR practices, leveraging diverse perspectives, and fostering inclusive environments that attract clients. The findings suggest that while equity, inclusion, and belongingness positively impact digital transformation, workforce diversity does not. However, the integration of these elements with digital transformation drives business innovation, highlighting the crucial role of DEIB in fostering innovation within digitally evolving organizations. The study utilized stratified random sampling to collect data from 386 employees across various business units in Karnataka, India. A structured questionnaire was administered, employing the statement measured using 5-point Likert scale to measure the factors of digital transformation, business innovation, and DEIB factors. Data analysis involved SPSS for exploratory factor analysis, and structural equation modelling (SEM) is made using AMOS software to explore the relationships between DEIB, digital transformation, and business innovation.

摘要
