Exploring the Financial Habits of Educators: An In-Depth Analysis of Saving and Investment Trends Among Academicians

This study delves into the financing practices of academicians, examining the impact of institutional support, benefits, and sources of income on their investment frequency. The study uses regression analysis and correlation studies to explore this relationship. The findings strongly reject the null hypothesis, showing a significant positive relationship between perceived institutional support, benefits, and frequency of investment. Similarly, a positive correlation has been found between the return rate and the investment frequency. These results highlight the vital role of institutional support and income levels in shaping teachers’ financial status. The implications extend to academic institutions, policymakers, and individual educators, providing insights for improving support strategies and policies that inform the economic realities of this workforce. Overall, this study contributes to understanding economic dynamics in education and highlights the factors influencing investment decisions.
