Consumer Perceptions of Convenience, Accessibility, and Innovativeness in the Adoption of Digital Banking: A Neobank Perspective
摘要
The current study concentrated on the connectedness, originality, and usability of the digital banking services made by the neobanks from the standpoint of the customers. This is a piece of research that attempts to understand the effect of demographic factors like age and gender on the customer adoption. The means of data collection was through questionnaire and then the data were analyzed using statistical analyses such as one-way ANOVA, multiple linear regression, independent sample t-test, and Spearman’s rank correlation. The results confirm the position of innovative characteristics in fostering adoption and reveal the marked differences in attitudes by gender and age. Neobanks may seize a bigger part of the market embracing more innovative services and at the same time dealing with the myriad demands of the customers as recommended by the study.
