Organizations came to know that firm sustainability is one of the secret keys of successful long-lasting journey at the market, sustainability does not mean rigid processes and approached but the ability to maintain certain rate or level. Technologies came to ease the complex processes and stabilize the fluctuated performances. This paper highlights on the roles of digital technologies that plays in developing supply chain sustainability as part of organization strategies. This is a secondary research paper builds on results and conclusions of previous published papers which discusses related topics from different fields and views to support the main concept. Results been extracted from these papers to clarify the direction of the paper. Many interrelated subjects found impacting the supply chain management either positively or negatively, as the globalization emerges further, the topic became more liked, which inspires the need of tools and techniques to collect and analyze massive amount of data for better outcomes. This research can serve managers of different levels, it is useful to support the need of switching to digitalized supply chain from the traditional, which is operated on the regular purchase-consume control system and support the organizations which are in-process of switching. This study is designed to be beneficial for any organizations, as it shows practical examples on how the digital technologies is leading the quantum leap of many organizations’ sustainability, the research expressed many positive relations between various digital technologies and the sustainability of supply chain management.
