This comparative study investigates resilience and perceived stress levels among performing arts students and non-performing art students in India. Recognising the potential stressors and resilience-building factors with-in the performing arts realm, the study aims to shed light on the psycho-logical well-being of individuals engaged in creative endeavors. Through a mixed-methods approach, data was collected to examine various dimensions of resilience and perceived stress, including coping mechanisms, social support, and personal experiences. The findings are anticipated to contribute to a deeper understanding of the intersection between artistic engagement and mental health, offering insights for educators, practitioners, and policymakers in promoting well-being within the performing arts community.
