The main objective of this paper is to assess the contribution of the multi-year school planning (PSP) system to the achievement of educational planning goals. Methodologically, we adopted a quantitative approach, based on administrating a questionnaire to a population consisting of staff responsible for planning and school mapping in the five provincial education directorates of a public institution. The aim was to verify whether the PSP system contributes to 1) improving internal efficiency indicators and 2) optimizing human and material resources. The data collected were analyzed using the structural equation method (PLS-SEM).
