Unprovoked
摘要
A kind heart is seldom associated with nurses whom intentionally make the decision to bully their colleagues. Instead, it is a heart experiencing the confusion of fear and the unsettlement of truths and insecurities. The bully themselves feel inadequate and inferior to those that they attempt to belittle. However, given the opportunity to heal from their own personal painful pasts, nurses who bully can exhibit caritas not only to others but to themselves.
