In the current landscape, a circular economy (CE) has garnered substantial focus to address sustainability challenges. Sustainable supply chain management (SSCM) is a vital conceptual foundation for businesses, it attempts to combine economic, social, and environmental aspects. Similarly, humanized supply chain management (HSCM) focuses on aligning an organization’s activities with ecological, economic, and social considerations. The rapid advancement of digital technologies has transformed SC operations through the integration of various systems. These systems interconnect physical objects for real-time monitoring and decision support. While machine-to-machine communication is crucial, human involvement remains essential for monitoring and configuring digital devices, as well as interacting with digital systems. This enhances industrial intelligence and sustainability within HSC by adhering to CE principles (reuse, recycling, and remanufacturing). In the present study, various digital practices related to the humanized supply chain (HSC) have been identified and analyzed by use of the mathematical algorithm f-DEMATEL technique. The results of the study may be obliging for managers and researchers to assess digital practices in enhancing the sustainability of HSC.
