Post-covid syndrome was defined as the presence of symptoms and/or signs of damage to various organ systems that develop during or after a previous COVID-19 infection persist for more than 12 weeks and cannot be explained by an alternative diagnosis. A variety of symptoms affecting various systems are reported: neurocognitive post-COVID (brain fog, dizziness, loss of attention, confusion), vegetative post-COVID (chest pain, tachycardia, palpitations), gastrointestinal post-COVID (diarrhea, abdominal pain, vomiting), respiratory post-COVID (general fatigue, shortness of breath, cough, sore throat), musculoskeletal post-COVID (myalgia, arthralgia), related to psychology after COVID (post-traumatic stress disorder, anxiety, depression, insomnia), and other manifestations (agesia, anosmia, parosmia, skin rashes. In this regard, the opening of centers for postcovid syndrome becomes relevant. This paper presents the possibilities of organizing centers, departments dealing with postcovid syndrome.
