Starting and maintaining an ultrasound fellowship is no easy task. This chapter provides a road map from ground zero to navigate stakeholders, leverage ultrasound expertise for multidisciplinary collaboration, and sustain compliance with national guidelines. Additionally, this chapter lays out guidance for the fellowship interview process, mentorship, and fellowship curricular development.
