Point-of-care ultrasound (POCUS) training during undergraduate medical education (UME) has grown exponentially over the past several years. This chapter describes how to develop and maintain a medical school POCUS program starting with a needs assessment and progressing to curriculum development. It also covers the management of issues with the initiation, maintenance, and growth of medical school POCUS programs.
