Crisis resource management training can be abstract at times, especially for medical professionals who have a very scientific and critical approach to complex situations. Offering training of “discrete skills” that can be called upon in times of crisis can be very helpful for an audience that does not have a background in adult education. In this chapter, we offer a discrete crisis toolkit that can be “carried” by all team members.
