Recently, there are many applications of motors in our everyday life. They are widely used in devices such as toothbrushes, razors, hairdryers, fans, air conditioners and so on. In this paper, we designed and implemented a motor control learning device to help beginners easily understand how to make the programs for controlling brushless motor. We used the cloud base voice cognitive service provided by Microsoft Azure and developed the voice recognition motor control system for multi languages by using the proposed learning device. We carried out some experiments for two modes (auto mode and manual mode) to evaluate the voice recognition time for controlling the motor by using three words: “Front”, “Back” and “Stop”. The experimental results show that when user says “Front” in the auto mode, the recognition average time for motor control is about 4.0 (s), while in the manual mode is about 1.8 (s). In the case when user says “Back”, in auto mode the time is about 4.0 (s) and for manual mode is about 1.3 (s). While when user says “Stop”, in auto mode the time is about 3.8 (s) and for manual mode is about 1.5 (s).

摘要
