Evaluation of the Trust Algorithm to Prevent Illegal Information Flow in the Trust Zone Model
摘要
A TZ (Trust Zone) model of the ZT (Zero Trust) is proposed to realize the secure information systems. Here, every object belongs to a trust zone and an authorization decision is made for each zone. In our previous studies, a TZMAC (TZ with Mandatory Access Control) model with a score based trust algorithm is proposed to prevent illegal information flow. Here, the score means how much a subject is trustworthy. If the trust of the subject is larger than the trust threshold for an object, the access is allowed. In this paper, we evaluate the TZMAC model with the score based trust algorithm. The evaluation results show the trust of a subject decreases as the number of operations issued by the subject to read data against the precedent relation defined in the MAC model increases.
