There is a high mortality rate in India due to untreated heart attack victims. Predicting heart failure survival is difficult but helps doctors make patient decisions. Heart failure sufferers need medical expertise. By triggering care based on patients’ physiological rather than emotional states, Internet of Things (IoT) strategies can improve the quality of care for those with heart disease. The IoT could improve health care by predicting, diagnosing, treating, and monitoring patients outside the hospital. The system is comprised of data-collecting and transmission components. In the suggested system, a heart rate is measured with the help of a sensor and then stored locally and in the cloud via the Internet of Things. This system was created with portability and compactness in mind, with most of its parts stored in a strap-on container. The system monitors heart rate and, if it detects abnormalities, notifies the user by email or text message if the heart rate is dangerously high or low. The above system was evaluated against at least one other commercial heart rate measurement device, and it was found to function at least as well as that device and be at least as accurate. Wearable sensor equipment treats and monitors elderly patients at home with minimum cost. Other barriers to IoT adoption in healthcare include the high cost, worries about patient data security and privacy, and the abundance of unnecessary data. It gave real-time data to doctors and patient care without fail.
