A multifactorial model for assessing options for continuous investment in the academic cloud is proposed as part of solving the problem of choosing a rational scheme for deploying a private university cloud used in the processes of teaching and research. Unlike known approaches to solving a similar problem, our model is built on the assumption that the dynamics of the financial states of interested parties (players) are specified through a system of differential equations that describe the dynamics of multidimensional variables. This approach makes it possible to consider the general problem of continuous investment in the academic cloud within the framework of a game scheme. Moreover, the solution is focused on the real situation of limited financial resources of an educational institution. Sets of preferences and optimal strategies for distributing financial resources allocated for the construction of an academic cloud, based primarily on the problems solved during the educational process.
