This study studies how gut microbiota affects inflammation, immunological response, and carcinogenesis in cancer progression. A postbiotic investigation of gut microbiota therapy follows. Postbiotics, bioactive molecules produced by gut microbes, are promising colorectal cancer (CRC) treatments due to their anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and anticarcinogenic properties. This study examines how postbiotics affect colorectal cancer (CRC), including tumor suppression signaling pathways. New technologies like nanotechnology-based postbiotic administration highlight the bioactive chemicals’ increased efficacy and focused effects. The chapter covers therapeutic and nonclinical uses of postbiotics, toxicity issues, and regulatory status, emphasizing the need for comprehensive assessment and advice. After reviewing postbiotics’ potential as precise therapeutic instruments in human illness management, the chapter suggests that further research could enable their application in oncology and other chronic diseases. This comprehensive analysis makes postbiotics a priority in developing innovative colorectal cancer (CRC) treatments.
